If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Family Memory Book provides a digital platform that allows users to:
- Create and manage interactive family trees with member profiles, biographies, and photographs.
- Collaborate with family members on shared family tree documents.
- Generate, preview, and download printable family heritage booklets in PDF format.
- Store family history data including names, dates, relationships, and media files.
The Service is provided as a digital product. No physical items will be shipped. Access to the Service is subject to the plan you have selected (Free, Monthly, or Yearly).
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@b2bseomarketing.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.3 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
3.4 One Account Per Person
Each user may maintain only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations (e.g., the Free plan member limit) is prohibited.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
4.1 Plans
We offer a Free plan and paid Premium plans (Monthly at $9.99/month and Yearly at $99.99/year). Features vary by plan as described on our Pricing page.
4.2 Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your Account Settings.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. User Content
5.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service, including family member data, biographies, and photographs ("User Content").
5.2 Licence to Us
By uploading User Content, you grant Family Memory Book a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for User Content. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload, including photographs of family members, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
5.4 Content Standards
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.
6. Intellectual Property
The Family Memory Book platform, including its design, software, templates, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Family Memory Book Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or distribute malicious software, spam, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than creating your own family tree.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Circumvent any access controls, usage limits, or security features.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of family history information entered by users. Genealogical data should be independently verified.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Family Memory Book Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through Account Settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy (typically within 30 days).
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine you have violated these Terms, without notice or liability. You may appeal a suspension by contacting info@b2bseomarketing.com.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
